The Reviews
The biggest flaw with this calendar is that the top half of the month is the back of the page of the last month. The paper is so thin that when you flip it to the next month everything you wrote last month has bled through the page rendering the new page useless. I even tried writing with the lightest pen and you could still see it. Also for August, the top half of the calendar is a different color and texture from the bottom half. That was pretty tacky. Another problem is that the writing is so light that you can't see it well unless you are close. My family likes to put ours on a central wall. We need to be able to clearly see the days from across the room. Dark ink for the numbers would be much better. The idea behind this calendar is good, but the actual product was poorly executed. There are much better calendars out there. This one was a big disappointment and waste of my money.
This is the 2nd year I have purchased this calendar. I have used other family style calendars. I found it difficult to use column style family calendars where you have to match a person with the day and often missed things because of that style. I prefer a traditional calendar lay out with lots of space to write! This one is it. No more cramming writing into a tiny box and trying to remember the abbreviation I used because I was short on space lol In addition, it gives space for menu planning, a place to take notes, has stickers to make important things stand out. It really is a central place to help stay organized. The only criticism I have is the pre-printed "Monthly Projects". It just doesn't align with my household. I would have preferred more writing space. However, I am sure it is nothing but well intentioned. The paper the calendar is printed on isn't slick so you can use just about any pen, pencil or crayon! This is what really sets it apart from others.
I have bought this calendar for many years. I am a mom of four kids and there's a lot that I like about this guy.1. It's big, but not too big. It's not like you've hung a desktop calendar on the wall, but it is larger than a 14X14 standard calendar. Each square has multiple lines to provide a lot of space for writing all kinds of events. It fits on the side of my fridge, and I use strong magnetic clips (two) to hold it up. It CAN be heavy, but I tear out the sticker pages and I distribute the weight evenly vs. hanging it on the first month with all other months hanging below it.2. It's not limiting. Other calendars that are intended for families come color coded, and I find the color-coding limiting. I have some kids that have more activities than others, and the frequency of each person's events ebbs and flows with the months. With no color-coding I can opt to color code myself, or just use the lines as I see fit. It also does not have cheesy monthly themed graphics-- it's very straightforward! It's simple. It doesn't change my decor or add anything to it or draw attention to itself.3. The stickers. This year they updated the font and the icons and they're really cute! I always do a nice job using the stickers when I get the calendar, but it fades for me as the months go on, but my intentions are sound! The only thing I would change is the line spacing-- for my handwriting, it's a little too spaced and I end up squishing two lines of my writing within the spacing provided.
(Perhaps others have a different edition than mine.) I just received the 2018-2019 calendar by mistake. I need the next one, but love this and decided to use it until the next one is in stock. I've just tried two different sets of colored pens and neither of them bleeds through. Bleeding would be a big issue for me, and I would definitely not consider ordering another if it bled. The Stabilo are felt tipped coloring pens Art. 68/48. I think these are little too broad tipped for normal calendar writing and even so, they don't bleed through. The others I tried are the perfect size Pilot G-2 Gel pens. I tested both the 07 and 05 sizes. No bleeding. You have to hold the paper up to a window to see anything from the other side. I tested darker colors: red, black, green, and blue from both sets. (I bought the G-2 Gel pens on Amazon and the Stabilo are also sold on Amazon.)
As a busy mom of 4 and an adjust with ADHD, I need all the organizational help I can get. This calendar really comes through for me, and I have been purchasing it annually, for over a decade. I have yet to come across another wall calendar this perfect! The grids are large enough to fit all of our activities and appointments, and I love the extras it comes with, like stickers and shopping lists. Every month features a nice inspirational quote, separate area to write monthly projects and reminders, and suggestions to help keep me both on top of and ahead of things (ie clean out bathroom cabinets or make summer camp plans). I will continue to buy this as long as it is in print, and give it the highest recommendation.
I love, love, love this calendar. With two kids in multiple sports, a husband that coaches, and a demanding travel schedule for work... it's a godsend. Three big pros: first, the material is paper that will take a ballpoint pen or gel pen without smearing. This is hugely important when constantly flipping pages due to planning ahead. Just make sure you use 'no-bleed' markers or pens. Second, the size. It's big enough to actually write two lines in each cell if needed. Third, there is a nice variety of stickers to help highlight certain days and activities at a glance. Personally, I use one color per family member, and I like these pens: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B089T6TR6X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1.
This is probably the 3rd year I am using this calendar. Last year I went with a different grid calendar and when it arrived I was so annoyed that I put it in recycling. That other brand had paper that was just too glossy to write on. The Amy Knapp Big Grid calendar is just perfect. The paper is the kind that can be written on without the ink going all smeary. The boxes for days are just big enough. I do use the stickers for some important dates too. Save yourself the bother and buy this calendar - I doubt very much you will disappointed.
This was the first of the Secret Santa gifts I snuck to my person this year. It was a hit. By the time I went back to visit in a week or so, they had it up on the wall and were already filling it with stickers, reminders, the kid's school schedule, doctor appointments, and holiday plans. It was nice it started with Dec 2021 and goes through 2022.
I almost bought a 100$ plexi glass family calendar but I got this 8$ thing to make a smart choice and boy was I right. I love the size of the grid and all of the places to write meals and all of the important info and I the stickers. This has started a whole new organized era for my fam. Love it ZO MUCH. I got one for my sisters too and their families are now hooked as well.
I love these calendars! We've gotten them for several years now. Have never been able to find one just the right size with these large squares on it. No fancy pictures works for me I just need it for organization. Very reasonably priced for what you get. I have not had any bleed through problems with regular pens. I've never used a sharpie on one so no info on that.
Have a family, have lots of appointments, sports events, meetings, birthdays? This calendar is my favorite. It show a whole month at a time. Extra large squares with lines / dates clearly marked. It has room to write what is happening day to day. We have it hung up on a cork board. At a glance I can see just what is in going on in a month. Extra stickers on the last page to cover birthdays, Dr/dentist appts. School meetings,.and more!It is a must purchase every year! Some people like there iPhone. I am more visual and need to sees the whole months schedule on paper!Old school š

Started using this calendar years ago when I was juggling the schedules of my family of nine, primarily for the big lined boxes (and the menu slot!). We're empty nesters now, but I still can't go back to a small calendar. I love the space (and still the menu slot!).
I buy every year and it's perfect for my use.
This has been perfect for our busy family, in general we love it, weāve color coded each member and it makes it easy to know who is supposed to be where and when. The calendar ends in December so after the first year every time I order there is no way to avoid 6 months on the calendar I donāt need. I wish there was a 12 month version. Additionally the stickers included do no stick well to the paper.
Iāll put my singular gripe upfront; the stickers are worthless. Thereās not enough of them and even if there were enough, it wouldnāt matter b/c the adhesive is too weak to actually bind with calendar paper so they keep falling off. I deducted a whole star for this b/c this is my third Amy Knapp Calendar, and I donāt feel like the quality of the stickers has improved. Thankfully the calendarās integrated monthly projects, plenty of blank space for write-in content for month and day & daily dinner planner are why I keep purchasing the calendar and redeem its value.I like having the household checklist and events all in one place for easy viewing. Each month has different suggested projects that coincide with events; for example for January suggested projects are organize Christmas decor space, write thank you notes, stock up on end of season clearance items, gather summer camp info, etc.
The product would have been nice to use but good griefā¦ WHY ARE THEY SELLING A CALENDAR FOR 2020-21??? Completely useless to me.
Why am I writing this? It's March, and this is the 2022 calendar...We have been buying this calendar (for the right year, of course) for a few years now. There's plenty of room for tasks and meetings and events. You won't likely run out.
This is my third year having this calendar and itās a lifesaver! Plenty of room to write, nice and big and every holiday imaginable already written in. I use white out tape to cover the holidays we donāt celebrate and a highlighter to accent the ones we do.Each member of the family has a color ink to quickly locate who is doing what and when. I swear, I live or die by this calendar. This thing keeps me sane.My only complaint is there needs to be more stickers for birthdays! There are a lot considering, but we always have more to put on the calendar than stickers available. Maybe have an extra sheet that can be ordered separately?Update: On year four now. I have scoured the Internet for a calendar that is this size and there just isnāt one. Everything is much smaller or massive. The ONLY calendar that is comparable is the At-A-Glance brand - which is boring and twice the price.Found a work around for the ānot enoughā stickers - I bought mini-stampers and colored ink pads - now Iāll never run out. Just be sure to let them dry completely before you turn the page. And they donāt bleed through. As for those who complain about the pen ink running through to the next page? Try chisel point highlighters or gel ink pens. If you are like me and press too hard - put a pad of paper under where you are writing and it helps soften your hand a bit and wonāt bleed or tear through. Donāt know why this works but I smack myself in the forehead if I forget.
This is a nice, large calendar for the school year. The description says āfridgeā in it and it came up when I searched for fridge magnet calendars. NO magnets on this. I should have looked closer at the pics.
Great calendar to hang on my fridge. Helps me keep track of where I, and the kids need to be. It has big date boxes with lines and a place for basic meal plans. As my father says, "If it's not on the calendar, it doesn't exist."
I first used this calendar 10 years ago. Yep, that long. I love how big it is on the wall, that there is plenty of room for kid activities, and that there is a space for the meal each day.OK.Plus, There are fun stickers in the back (not quite enough of the half day or no school ones fo us, but that's ok).I keep a pencil next to the calendar and we use that plus each person's first initial to differentiate between events. Easier to erase if things change. The meal section isn't very big, but it's good enough to write something like "burgers and asparagus" as a reminder. The monthly task list is nice, we put Household projects there that we want to complete. And, I like the monthly tips. Helps us keep on top of things. Is it "pretty" or whatever? Not so much, but it's simple and perfect for us. The numbers are easy to read and plenty of space for writing. There is also overlap each year for the calendar since it has 17 months. Nice for planning ahead or starting in after the fact.We use three magnetic clips to hold it on the fridge.IMPORTANT: Make sure you are buying the right year!!!
This is my go~to calendar now. It has plenty of space to write notes and the extras are perfect for my family. I like the monthly reminders and pages of blank lists when Iām scrambling trying to find paper for notes. We keep ours on our fridge with large magnets and it stays in place.Great calendar for the price!!!
If you have a bunch of different moving parts in your family, buy this calendar!!!
I love these calendars! Plenty of room for each kid to have their own row for daily activities. Love the space for dinner/menu planning and reminder area at the top. Haven't used another calendar in 6 years. No need. This one has it all!
I have used this calendar for YEARS! I love the 17 month product because I can buy a new one and transfer over birthdays and everything at my leisure while the older calendar is still up and functional on the wall. I always look thinking that I'll get something different and the size of the squares for information & the lighter lines to write on, are so very helpful to me.
The cord appears to be very well made and the ends are very durable and easy to handle. I can't tell the sound quality because the 3.5 km end does not fit in the plugin of my Bose radio. I bought it because Bose service said it would work. Toslink made no such claims. The fact that it didn't work for me is all on Bose service. Again, it appears to be very well made.
Works great for recording to minidisc through the optical 3.5 mm line. That's what I bought it for. That's what it does.
Muy bueno se ve con calidad
It is a super adorable dress! I bought it for my 2-year-old's birthday theme! The fabric is 100% synthetic I thought it was going to be more like cotton blend but it's not. The dress can be worn as a strapless, spaghetti, or short sleeve!
La tele es delgada y muy fresca es hermoso
Granddaughter LOVES this cute watermelon dress. The fabric is soft and she can get a good spin when she twirls around. Lol
Hermoso me encanto gracias
Bought this dress for my granddaughter for her photo shoot for her mommas Motherās Day present she looked absolutely adorable. The dress is thin and the arms can be worn two different ways. Love this dress.
My daughter fits in 3T-4T, we ordered that size and it's way too long
I like everything so far this is the 1st and me trying the teas little children that I supervised or old enough to help with making tea and seeing the flower expand
Je le recommande Ć tous ceux qui aime le thĆ©

Ā Itās beautiful visually. Itās a smooth combination of floral / fruit taste itās perfect for the herbal tea drinker or someone who is new to tea. It makes for a fun tea time! To see the art work of the handcrafting in each tea- makes for a new experience each time.Itās a beautiful/ fun conversation piece for company. Each tea can be steeped 2-3 times. The flowers are eco friendly when you compost them.Over all a wonderful gift for self or another š
Gifted to a friend, very pretty! Can not comment on taste as it was a gift.
It was a very beautiful tea with very beautiful packaging. The only con is the taste (I have only tasted one so not sure if it applies to all). It is not that strong and nothing special. Other than that it brought an element of excitement to a homely family party.
Bought this for my in-laws for Xmas gift. They loved it! Very unusual and the blooms were gorgeous however there is zero!! Flavour in all the teas. A centrepiece and great for entertainment to watch the blooms grow.Beautiful gift idea but not for the avid tea drinker who likes strong tea.
It looks and smells good, but it's a little expensive
This is my third time purchasing this calendar, I love it! Itās pretty large and has lots of space to write all the events, practices, work trips, reminders and appointments for my busy family of four. I LOVE the dinner space at the bottom of each day, helps me plan things out and stops me from making the same dinner all the time. My daughters love using the stickers too!
Have used this product for several years. We like it and will probably use again next year.
The item has large blocks to notate for every day it covers in the year. I will order it again in the coming years.
We have purchased these calendars for many years, it is large enough to write in important information. We use our phones but there is nothing like having this hanging on the refrig. or the wall with all the birthdates, Anniversaries, doctors' appointments or whatever. One glance and my wife and I always know what is going on.
2nd year I have purchased this. Very pleased.
As a family of 6...our calendar gets full preeettty quickly. This calendar worms great size-wise with plenty of space to enter in activities.
This is a great calendar, HOWEVER, itās for 2020-2021! My fault for not zooming in on the tiny print (insert eye roll) but who would want that for 2023 and at full price?! Needless to say Iām returning it.
Great for planning ahead and staying a organized year round!
I have used Amy Knappās Big Grid calendar for several years. I wouldnāt use another. Itās easy to read and it has plenty of room to write in every day. I like that it shows me a month at a time. As a freelance writer, I find it easy to see my appointments quickly and easily. Not to mention, itās easy for me to keep track of birthdays and all social occasions. I recommend it for all busy people.
