I will absolutely be rebuying this each year. It's a wonderful tool that my friend and I go through during our Monday weekly meeting.
This is really insightful but you would need to look it over throughout your week to check progress and gain some insight and then I thought it would be bigger In size so I marked off a star because there isnât enough space if you want to write a lot or hangers big writing like it do but I will make it work. The price is reasonable. It is good for understanding how to set a goal and what is behind the goals you are trying to pursue. Iâm hoping it will help me be more productive.
I loved this book, the content, size and price
This journal changed my life and changed the way I feel about journaling. Historically, when I would start a journal, I wouldn't know where to begin. I never had enough prep work or the right type of guidance and would often give up on the idea that journaling could ever be my thing. This journal is completely different. With Tiffany's coaching, I was able to examine my values, my thoughts and then make sense of my behavior and patterns. Once that connection took place, I was able to start rebuilding my life in a way that felt manageable.It's a weekly process that is easy to maintain and if you miss a week or two, it's not a big deal, you can just pick up where you left off. As a working mom, this is key. My time is so incredibly limited and I need to find value in how I use it or it's not worth the effort. This journal is worth your effort and can easily adapt to a busy schedule and isn't rigid or filled with rules. It's more about deepening your self awareness and finding a flow that works for you.What I loved most about the journal was the weekly use of a Power Statement. The moment I felt myself slipping into a loop of defeating thoughts, I would use my Power Statement as a beacon. It would allow me to reset those thoughts and get me back on track. A simple tool, with big return.For the first time, in what felt like an eternity, I was able to sit with my thoughts and feelings, and piece together a sense of who I am and where I want to go. Talk about a breakthrough. Although this experience left me emotional at moments, it always felt gentle. Tiffany's approach is so benevolent and unassuming, it always felt safe to be real with myself. Because I have so much faith in this journal, I frequently buy it and give it away as gifts. It truly gives YOU the ability to change your life- it's changed mine.
Iâve followed Tiffany for a few years on Instagram and have benefited from all of her free content so when she published this book of course I wanted to support her. I purchased it not really intending on utilizing the material but on a whim one day I sat down and started to use the journal. This book changed my life. I ended up manifesting a new apartment, got in the best shape Iâve been in in years, and strengthened my relationships all because this book really makes you visualize and dig deep as to find your âwhy.â 10/10 would recommend. Iâve recommended this book to all of my girlfriends. Thank you Tiffany for providing such a simple and thought provoking approach to changing your own life.
I bought a second one as a gift for my sister I love it so much. It really opened my eyes to understanding myself much more than I expected it to.Why 3 stars: it feels limiting due to the incredibly limited writing space given. 3 small lines per prompt where I'd like to take an honest, open assessment of myself and I'd like to feel free. I also write big & bubbly. Disappointed in this! & it's ironic because in some prompts it says "be as detailed as possible"... it's incredibly annoying. I can't imagine re-reading this journal will ever be an enjoyable experience for my future self since i am limited in my self-expression due to the limited space.Also, on a less important side note, I thought the crystal drawings on every page were tacky and not aesthetically pleasing.The most important part, great prompts and self-assessment, is strong enough, but I am really teeter tottering between 3 and 4.
I like this guided journal. They rotate between four different page prompts within the 52 weeks. I like that it doesnât use the same identical questions week after week to add some more thoughtful responses. I am not long-winded in my journaling so the mount provided in space is adequate for my small script and style of responses. Overall I am pleased with the layout of this journal and what it offers.
Great exercise! Focused. Gratitude. Goal setting. Positive. Inspiring. The two page spread each week is just right for recording what went right or was challenging the past week. And also what my goals are for the upcoming week. Try it. Itâs a wonderful process for creating the life we want!
This book is the perfect level of inspiration and prompts without being overwhelming or too hard to do.
I got this gift for a friend at church. Itâs a 52-Week Journal. She loves it! This is a great gift for starting off the new year and it encourages you to set goals for yourself. Iâm going to order one for myself. The price is reasonable!
This journal is very well done. The questions dig in without being too woo woo. I would have paid $10 more for a sleek modern journal that takes more into account the writing experience.

I always thought journaling was for kids. I was wrong. This book isnât just a journal. It teaches you how to write a journal with logical guidelines. I realized that journaling isnât just talking about what you did that day. You can write about a lot of stuff like, what made you feel good and bad, and if it made you feel bad, how to cope with those feelings. It teaches you gratitude by making you write 5 things you were grateful that day. And most importantly, it helps you schedule your day so that you can be more productive and waste less time throughout your day. If you are new to journaling and do not know how, I think this book is a great start.
